“Creativity is inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes, and having fun.”

Mary Lou Cook

Workshops

Creative art classes help develop the personality and the imagination of the little ones. Creating, they are improving their attention, their patience, they communicate better. The various workshops help them gain a better hand-brain coordination and this leads to emotional intelligence.

Painting

We play with shapes and colors.
Everything that surrounds us has a shape. If not, we can surely imagine it and create it. We can turn it into a square, a circle or a heart, or we can make new shapes like “circle-ish”, or “heart-ish” or “cubic-ish”, and we can color them with all the colours of the rainbow. We will also play with fingers, leaves, cartoon characters, imaginery friends on paper, small shapes and big shapes, shades, contrasts and structures. We can paint on paper, canvas, wood, rocks, leaves, etc.
And we can all have lots of fun ,even if sometimes the water gets spiled, or the colors  end up on the floor!

Kids at small ages live a different life from ours. They have their own images, own perception upon reality, and every day situations have a different impact on them. This is the age when the line  between fantasy and real is almost invisible. We have no clue what great world they can experience, but we can see bits of it by helping them shape it out. By drawing, they create paths to their secret world , they share it with us only with a help of a paper, pencils, and the right guidance. So lets log into their worlds, and help them communicate and develop their line!
For older kids, we can try more accurate drawings, like landscapes, portraits, still lifes, create materiality and learn how to use shadows. We can work with pencils, crayons, pastels, watercolors, charcoal.

Drawing

Here we can learn how to make lots of new objects from things we already have in our homes and are daily send to garbage: milk, juice or detergent bottles, caps, tin cans, cardboard and plastic bottles, lots of unused papers, sticks, and a lmost anything we can think of. Let’s give  imagination a chance and create robots, castles,  islands, lamps and toys.

Origami

I  offer introductory lessons in this magnificent art,  guiding to basic folds and creating along with them paper folds adapted to their age and ability. We can make a zoo with different animals, houses for our  paper pets, different  birds and flowers, and many more. Focusing on this helps their hand skills, they become more concentrated and it is a pleasure to see them following the folds step by step, in order to reach the final shape.

Textile/ T-shirt painting

Personalise your favourite T-shirt with hearts, stars, flowers, cars, your name, horses, cats, mum and dad, or whatever you want using stamps, brushes, fingers, leaves and, most important, special textile colors, water and washing resistant.
